Detailed Estimate: On-call Contracts An on-call requires an estimate based on the services required for multiple projects listed in the scope of work. During the contract planning component, the district CSUs and HQ divisions identify contract needs and allocate a contract dollar amount for each proposed contract. The estimated amount is known as the Director’s Estimate, or workplan justification.
Just before submitting the contract request to DPAC, the CM works with the functional unit(s) to create a Director’s Estimate. The Director’s Estimate:
