Negotiation Completion

After analyzing the cost proposal from the top-ranked consultant, the DPAC A&E Coordinator, with assistance from the CM, negotiates the cost proposal and the scope of work. When a final Cost Proposal and the scope of work and cost proposal are achieved that will deliver the services or products at a fair and reasonable cost to the Department, we complete the negotiations.

The consultant revises the cost proposal to match negotiated terms and sends the cost proposal to the CM and DPAC A&E Coordinator for review.
The A&E DPAC Coordinator sends the final approved cost proposal and any change to the draft contract language (e.g., amount, period of performance) to the contract analyst who creates the final contract.
