Invoice Cover Sheet

The invoice cover sheet summarizes the previous, current and total amounts billed for each task order included in the current period of performance. Details included on the cover sheet include:

  • Invoice date
  • Contract Number
  • Invoice Number
  • Period of performance (billing period)
  • Task order numbers
  • Task order descriptions
  • Current invoice total for each task order
  • Last month’s invoice amount for each task order
  • Total billed to date for each task order
TIP: Caltrans encumberances and funding are based on a fiscal year that ends on June 30th. If your invoice period of performance crosses this date, have the consultant send you separate invoices. It will simply processing if one invoice ends June 30th and another begins July 1st.
