Administrative Issues
Administrative issues during contract closeout generally concern the paperwork required to establish that the consultant has adhered to the contract terms and conditions. Examples of issues you may need to resolve include:
- Incomplete consultant reports
- Incomplete or disputed invoices
- Patent clearance, if one is required (very rare for State contracts)
- Prime consultant's statement that sub-consultants have been paid
